DAY 1: SAIGON (L + D)

Pick up at the airport Tan Son Nhat by minibus with English speaking guide and transfer to the hotel. Lunch at restaurant. In the afternoon, city tour Saigon: visit Notre Dame Cathedral, stop by Central Post Office to see the French influence on this city and shopping at Ben Thanh Market. Dinner at the restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Saigon.

DAY 2: SAIGON – MY THO – CAN THO (B + L + D)

Breakfast at the hotel and depart for My Tho, 70 km away from Saigon. This is a water town in the Mekong Delta and the rice granary of Vietnam. Boat cruise on the Mekong River to visit an island orchard with colorful flower and fruit gardens. Tasting coconut milk, seasonal fruits, tea with honey while listening to traditional music and songs performed by amateur artists. Lunch with local specialties on the island. Visit to a coconut candy factory. Sailing by sampan along the river, through the canals and arroyos under the shade of the mangroves to view the living of the local inhabitants. Back to the boarding point. Visit to Vinh Trang Pagoda. Continuation to Can Tho. Dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Can Tho.

DAY 3: CAN THO – SAIGON (B + L + D)                 

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning, boat cruise at dawn on Mekong River to visit Cai Rang Floating Market. On the road, back to Ho Chi Minh City, stopover at Mekong Restop to lunch and buy some local products for souvenir. Come back to Saigon. Dinner at the restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Saigon.

DAY 4: SAIGON – HUE (B + L + D)       

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to airport for the flight to Hue. Pick up at Phu Bai airport and transfer to the hotel. Lunch at the restaurant. Check in the hotel. In the afternoon, visit Hue city, Ancient Capital of Vietnam renowned for its magnificent historical relics from Kings Nguyen Dynasty (1802-1945) and the Imperial City classified by UNESCO as World Heritage in 2003. Dinner at the restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Hue.

DAY 5: HUE (B + L + D)     

Breakfast at the hotel. Cycling to Thuy Bieu Village which is located in the city center. Bike around the village and visit 2 most pristine hamlets Nguyet Bieu and Luong Quan where the traditional culture and architecture of Viet Nam have been preserved. Come back to a local house in Thuy Bieu for cooking class. Prepare lunch by yourself and have lunch with Hue traditional dishes you have just cooked. Afternoon, embark on boat for cruise along the poetic Perfume River to experience the daily life of local people as well as contemplate the beauty of landscapes. Boat cruise along the Perfume River to visit Thien Mu and King Minh Mang Tomb. Dinner at the restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Hue.

DAY 6: HUE – DANANG – HOI AN (B + L + D)

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Lang Co, a fishing village surrounded by coconut trees. Crossing the famous Pass of Hai Van (previously known as the Pass of The Clouds) with magnificent panoramic views from mountain tops. Short stop for taking photos. Continuing to Danang, lunch at the restaurant in Danang. Then depart for Hoian at the distance 30 km from Danang. Check in the hotel, walking for visiting a silk handicraft village along the Thu Bon River. Dinner at the restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Hoi An.    

DAY 7 HOI AN (B + L + D)

Breakfast at the hotel. Bike trip around Hoi An towards Van Lang fishing village and Bay Mau water coconut forest, surrounded by mangrove forests, canals, houses covered by coconut water leaf (4 km from center of Hoi An). Taking basket boats (thuyen thung) to visit fishing village and learn their traditional fishing techniques. Prepare lunch with help of a local family and learn how to make “Tam Huu” spring roll, “Xeo” pancake. Take a short rest after lunch, back to Hoi An to visit Hoi An ancient town, its houses are particularly interesting, not only thanks to their ancient architectural beauties, but also to the fact that they are still inhabited nowadays. Guided tour on foot through the small streets up to the Covered Bridge of Japanese style. Pay visit to Chinese Pagoda of Fujian style and the Oldest House in Hoi An: the Tan Ky House. Dinner at the restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Hoi An.

DAY 8: HOI AN – DANANG – BAN ME THUOT (B + L + D)

Breakfast at the hotel. Free time in the morning and lunch at the restaurant. Transfer to Danang airport for the flight to Ban Me Thuot. Check-in the hotel. Then visit Ako Dhong village, where is called the origin of Buon Me Thuot. This site is one of the typical villages of the Edeh hilltribe in the city, with around 20 longhouses on stilts. Dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Buon Me Thuot.

DAY 9: BAN ME THUOT – YOK DON (B + L + D)        

Breakfast at the hotel. Depart for Yok Don National Park, one of the biggest parks of Vietnam trekking 2 hours in the forest to discover its diverse fauna and flora system. Have a picnic. Go up stream of the S’repok River (1 hour) by boat to enjoy the beautiful landscape and to experience the daily routine activities of the residents along the S’repok river-sides. In the afternoon, visit Yang Lanh Village in order to interact and share with local people by exploring the multi-cultures and the traditional customs among the different ethnic groups of the Ede, M’nong and Laotian. Back to Ban Me Thuoc at the end of the afternoon. Lunch at Yok Don and dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at a hotel in Buon Me Thuot.      

DAY 10: BAN ME THUOT – DA LAT (B + L + D)

Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out the hotel and then depart for Dray Nur, a large and beautiful waterfall of the Highlands sightseeing and taking souvenir pictures and then walk across a suspension bridge spanning the river to enjoy panoramic Serepok spectacular waterfalls. Continue to Dalat, 200km away from Buon Me Thuot. Dalat is one of the most pleasant cities of Vietnam for its temperate climate and beautiful pine forest of the highlands of Lang Bian. Lunch at the restaurant. In the afternoon, take a short Dalat city tour, visit XQ Historical Village, admire the works of artistic hand embroidery exquisite and unique. Then visit the famous flower garden there. Dinner at the restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Dalat.

DAY 11: DA LAT – PHAN THIET (B)          

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Phan Thiet, 150km away from Da Lat. Arrival to Phan Thiet, the capital of Binh Thuan province, the coastal region bordered by coconut trees. Check-in resort. Free time to relax on the beach behind resort and enjoy its facilities. In the afternoon, take a tour to sand dunes at Hon Rom. Lunch and dinner on your own. Overnight at the hote in Mui Ne.

DAY 12: PHAN THIET (B)  

Breakfast at the resort. Free day for relaxation on the beach behind the resort and enjoy its facilities. Lunch and dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel in Mui Ne.     

DAY 13:  PHANTHIET – SAIGON (B)

Breakfast at the resort. Free time at leisure on the beach behind the resort. Check out the resort at noon and depart for Ho Chi Minh City. Transfer to the hotel. Lunch and dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel in Saigon.

DAY 14: SAIGON – DEPARTURE (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. Free day without services, except the transfer by minibus to Tan Son Nhat airport.
